Documents required for Oman Visa Application Process

• Scanned colour copy of the first and the last page of your passport
• Confirmed return air tickets
• Scanned copy of your passport-size photograph taken against a white / blue background
• Hotel confirmation details with contact number mentioned
• Covering letter mentioning details of travel, details of the traveller, purpose of visit and duration of stay. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp
• Scanned colour copy of your pan card

Additional documents
If the applicant has a family / friends in Oman:

• Colour passport & visa copy of the invitee
• Invitation letter
• ID card

If the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:

• Covering letter on the company letter head and financial documents
