Documents required for Thailand Visa application

• Scanned colour copy of the first and last page of your passport
• A passport should be valid for at least 6 months
• Scanned colour copy of your confirmed return air tickets
• Scanned colour copy of your passport-size photograph taken against a white background without specs
• Scanned colour copy of your confirm hotel booking mentioning the details of travel, details of the traveller, and contact details of the hotel Note: SHA Extra Plus or AQ hotel bookings is mandatory
• Medical insurance policy with a minimum coverage of USD 50000, covering the treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19 during the stay
• Scanned copy of your Covid-19 certificate with both doses
